1. Customized Products – Not Applicable to 7-Day Cooling-Off Period
All floral arrangements are custom-made products with a short shelf life and therefore not applicable to the 7-day cooling-off period under Article 19 of the Taiwan Consumer Protection Act.
Once the order payment is completed, the order is confirmed. Designers will immediately place orders with flower growers and begin production. Therefore, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted.
PLEASE CAREFULLY CONFIRM YOUR REQUIREMENTS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER.
2. Service Fee
Each floral order includes a 10% service fee, which takes effect once payment is received.
The service fee covers the following:
- Pre-ordering imported or special floral materials
- Order printing and processing
- Card design, layout, and printing
- Labor and handling costs
3. Delivery Policy
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and cannot be reached, and no one is able to receive the flowers on their behalf, the order will be returned to the store.
The purchaser will be notified and may choose one of the following options:
- Re-delivery: Additional delivery fees will apply.
- In-store pickup: The purchaser may collect the order directly from the store.
The Company reserves the right of final decision regarding all order processing, delivery, and return/exchange matters.
