1. Will the product look exactly the same as the picture?
The packaging (wrapping paper, ribbons, vases, etc.) may vary slightly depending on the designer’s style and supply availability. The actual materials used will be based on what is available at the time of shipment, but the overall design style will be similar to the product photos.
Flowers may vary due to seasonality or quality issues. Our floral designers may adjust with other colors or flower varieties when necessary.
If the main flower type is unavailable due to seasonal or market shortages, we will notify you by phone to confirm possible substitutions.
Every flower has its own unique expression. If you require an identical reproduction, please refrain from placing an order.
2. Is a card included?
Each product comes with a free greeting card. Please make sure to provide your card message when placing an order.
Grand Opening Card format:
Recipient (Top line): Company name or individual name of the recipient
Message (Content): You may provide the text or simply indicate the occasion, and we will write an appropriate message for you
Sender (Bottom line): Company name or individual name of the sender
You may also purchase a preserved flower card as an upgrade.
3. How can I pay?
Orders placed through our official website can be paid using the following methods:
- Credit card (international cards accepted)
- Apple Pay
- Line Pay
- ATM bank transfer
- Cash on delivery is not available.
4. Can I order and have flowers delivered on the same day?
For same-day orders, please contact us before placing your order. The order will only be confirmed after our approval.
Orders placed online without prior confirmation will be considered invalid. If payment has already been made for an invalid order, a full refund will be issued.
Important note: Same-day orders/deliveries are considered urgent and will incur an additional urgent-order fee. Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested delivery time will also be treated as urgent (we recommend ordering in advance).
5. How long does it take from ordering to delivery?
For standard flowers: Please place your order at least 3 days before the requested delivery date.
For special flowers: Please place your order at least 1 week in advance (Sundays excluded).

6. How is the delivery fee calculated?
Delivery fees are charged according to our shipping policy.
7. How do I take care of the flowers?
Bouquets: Remove the wrapping paper, place the bouquet in a vase, change the water daily, and trim the stems diagonally to prevent rot and allow better water absorption.
Potted flowers: Water with one cup of water every 2–3 days. The best viewing period for fresh flowers is typically 2–3 days.
Under what conditions can I return or exchange a product?
Since fresh flowers are perishable, they are not eligible for a return policy or cooling-off period.
If the flowers are damaged or wilted during transportation, please take photos as evidence. Once responsibility is confirmed to be on our shop, we will replace the flowers with new ones or exchange for a fresh arrangement. When processing an exchange, the shop reserves the right to collect the original product.
