Article 5: Transaction Regulations
Transaction Confirmation
Members using this service to conduct transactions shall follow the confirmation mechanism provided by the Company. All prices are listed in New Taiwan Dollars (NTD).
Product Attributes
Products are based on actual physical items.
Returns and Order Cancellations
If a member arbitrarily returns, exchanges, cancels orders, or engages in inappropriate conduct affecting Company operations, the Company reserves the right to refuse the transaction.
If an order cannot be fulfilled due to out-of-stock items or other factors, the Company will notify the customer by phone, text message, or email.
Refund Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation requires a processing fee of NTD 300.
For products involving special materials (procured specifically or requiring dedicated supplies), associated costs will be deducted before refund. The remaining balance will be returned within seven (7) days.
Order Establishment and Notification
Upon receiving an order, the system will issue an automatic acceptance notification; however, this does not constitute final order confirmation. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel the order prior to confirmation.
Delivery
Orders may require fulfillment via courier or logistics companies. You agree and authorize the Company to provide necessary delivery information (recipient name, address, phone number) to the logistics provider for delivery or return purposes.
In the event of delivery delays caused by natural disasters or force majeure events, the Company will notify customers via phone, text message, or email.
Article 6: Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The interpretation and application of this Policy and the Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).
In the event of disputes, the Taichung District Court of Taiwan shall be the court of first instance with jurisdiction.
