❗Delivery Timing: Due to high demand on Mother's Day, our drivers will be making deliveries between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While we cannot guarantee a specific time slot, we promise your flowers will arrive on that day!
❗ Last-Minute Orders: If you place an order after 6:00 PM for delivery the very next day, please check with our customer service team first to confirm availability.
❗Need a Specific Time? If you have a specific time requirement, please message us on LINE (@TiffenyFlower). We highly recommend choosing "In-store Pickup" and arranging an Uber to collect your flowers—it’s often faster and more budget-friendly!
2. Some floral materials are seasonal and may be replaced with similar alternatives without prior notice.
3. All flower gifts are custom-made and not eligible for the 7-day online return policy.
Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed. Our designers will source flowers from growers immediately. No cancellation or refund is allowed.

◎ All flower orders include a 10% service fee. Service begins as soon as payment is received.
