2. Some secondary floral elements are seasonal; they will be substituted with similar fresh seasonal flowers without further notice.

❗All floral art consists of handcrafted items; the flowers used each week are left to the creative discretion of the designer. ❗

❗Every piece has its own unique form; materials will not be exactly identical, but the style will match the photo. ❗

3. Flower gifts are all custom made-to-order products and are not eligible for the 7-day online appreciation period.

Once the "order payment is made," the order is finalized. The designer will order the floral materials directly from the growers, and the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

◎ All floral products are customized goods and are not subject to the 7-day hesitation period provision under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Please confirm your needs before placing an order.

◎ Flower gift order prices all include a "10% order service fee"; services begin immediately upon receipt of payment.
