【Fresh Flower Care Basics】
Fresh flowers are best enjoyed within 3–7 days. However, the actual lifespan depends on weather, environment, and handling.
Avoid direct sunlight and place in a cool, ventilated indoor space.
Fresh Potted Flower Care
These arrangements contain floral foam. Add clean water every 1–2 days. Avoid watering directly onto the petals.
For vase arrangements, maintain water at 80% full, trim stems daily, clean the vase, and change the water.
Fresh Bouquet Care
- Remove wrapping and place in a suitable vase with 80% water. Remove submerged leaves to avoid decay. Trim stems daily.
- If keeping the wrapping, pour fresh water into the bouquet daily to maintain hydration.
- Higher water levels help stems absorb more moisture.

Preserved Flowers Require Dry Conditions
High humidity may cause the preservation liquid inside to seep. Store in a sealed container or use small amounts of desiccant. Avoid overly dry environments, which may cause brittleness.

Placing an order means you agree to the following:
1. Preferred Delivery Time (Morning or Afternoon)
Please indicate your preferred time in the order notes. Delivery window is 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
❗ For next-day deliveries ordered after 6:00 PM, please contact customer service first.
❗ For specific time requests, message us on LINE@. We recommend in-store pickup or arranging an Uber for lower delivery fees.
2. Seasonal Flower Substitution
Some flowers are seasonal. Similar alternatives will be used without prior notice.
❗ All arrangements are handcrafted with seasonal flowers selected by our designers.
❗ Each piece is unique; flower varieties may vary, but the overall style will match the photos.
3. Custom Orders – No 7-Day Return Policy
Once payment is completed, the order is confirmed and flowers are reserved. No cancellations or refunds.
◎ Floral gifts are custom-made and not eligible for the 7-day cooling-off period under Taiwan’s Consumer Protection Act.
◎ All prices include a 10% service fee. Once payment is received, production begins.
◎ If the recipient is unavailable and cannot be contacted, the item will be returned to the shop. Redelivery will incur additional charges or require in-store pickup.
